Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

US Domestic (Contiguous 48 States):

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days via USPS or FedEx, depending on package size.

International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. International orders may also be placed through our eBay store.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $500 within the contiguous US. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package on the carrier's website. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Sewinfla is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that have been inflated, used for spraying, or show signs of wear/overspray are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not attempt to use a damaged booth — this may void your warranty claim.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at sewinfla@japan.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we process your refund, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of opened or non-defective items. This covers inspection, repackaging, and quality assurance to ensure the product is resalable.

Exchanges

If you need a different model or size, please return your original item and place a new order. We do not process direct exchanges at this time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
