Blowers — five power classes
Inflation and circulation are different jobs. One blower holds the booth rigid; a second drives air through the filters and clears overspray. Stocking five power classes means the package is sized to the booth and the coating, not inherited from whatever came in the box.

UL-certified motors. Run a new blower for five minutes outside the booth before first use to clear manufacturing lint, and put blowers on a dedicated 15 amp circuit.

The cut-to-fit roll is deliberate. Proprietary filter sizes are how owners get locked into one supplier at whatever price; a 3 ft × 66 ft roll that you cut to your filter window means the booth outlives the seller's catalogue.

Guidance, not a rule. Airflow should be sized to the coating chemistry and the booth cross-section — send us those two numbers and we will specify the package in writing.
Replacement schedule

Symptoms of a loaded filter, before you inspect it: booth walls sagging during spraying, overspray haze lingering beyond about 15 seconds, and a blower housing that is uncomfortable to hold for more than three seconds. All three mean restricted airflow.
Upgrading a booth you already own
You do not have to replace a booth to fix its airflow. The blower and exhaust range uses standard patterns and works with many inflatable booth designs, and the cut-to-fit fiberglass roll fits any booth with removable filter windows regardless of brand. If you own another make and need a specification, send us the booth dimensions, the filter window size and the coating you use, and we will match the package — including telling you if the fix is simply a second blower rather than anything else.
