Purchase terms, warranty, and conditions of use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from sewinfla.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors after an order is placed
  • Cancel orders where pricing or product information is materially incorrect
  • Modify or discontinue products without prior notice

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Warranty

Sewinfla provides a 12-month limited warranty on all inflatable paint booths, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers:

  • Fabric: Defects in material or seam construction (excluding punctures, tears from misuse, or UV damage beyond rated exposure)
  • Blower motor: Electrical and mechanical defects (excluding damage from improper voltage, water ingress, or modifications)
  • Zippers, valves, and inflation tubes: Manufacturing defects

Not covered: Filters and other consumables; damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or use outside the product's intended application; cosmetic wear; damage from extreme weather or natural disasters; labor costs for installation or removal.

To make a warranty claim, contact sewinfla@japan.com with your order number, description of the defect, and supporting photos. We will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sewinfla and EJAEE INC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of our products
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
  • Damages exceeding the purchase price of the product

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages — these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Product Safety & Proper Use

Inflatable paint booths are designed for professional and DIY spray painting applications. Users must:

  • Follow all setup, operation, and safety instructions included with the product
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (respirator, gloves, eye protection)
  • Operate the booth in a well-ventilated area with the filtration system engaged
  • Not use the booth with flammable materials or in explosive atmospheres beyond its design specification
  • Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding paint spraying and solvent disposal

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in serious injury, property damage, or void your warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on sewinfla.space — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of EJAEE INC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Sewinfla name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the site's security or operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms and payment processors. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sewinfla, EJAEE INC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, violation of these terms, or improper use of our products.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
