Modular Dual-Section Design
Two independent 45×25×21FT booths connected via industrial-grade Velcro, forming a continuous 90-foot workspace. Each section operates independently or as a unified chamber.
Reinforced Metal D-Rings
Top and bottom D-shaped rings on every anchor point — all high-quality metal, not plastic. Withstands repeated tensioning. Fast, reliable fastening to ground anchors even in windy conditions.
Strengthened Zippers
Double-ended, plus-size zippers on all doors. The zipper is the most common failure point on inflatable booths — Sewinfla's oversized design distributes stress across more teeth, reducing separation and jamming.
Hanging Buckle System
Extensive internal buckle network: top-positioned buckles for overhead lighting rigs, side-positioned buckles for LED panel mounting, and utility buckles for hanging parts during painting.
Mechanized Precision Cutting
All fabric panels are machine-cut — not by hand. Eliminates the inconsistencies of manual cutting: uneven seams, exposed stitching, and panel misalignment. Every inflation is perfectly symmetrical.
Dual-Blower Airflow Architecture
Eight blowers distributed across two roles: continuous inflation maintains structural integrity, while active ventilation manages overspray and air quality. This separation ensures the booth stays fully inflated regardless of filtration settings.
