Inflatable Paint Booth Cost

Every in-stock size and its current price, the four build decisions that move the number, and what the price does not cover — checked against sewinfla.com on 27 October 2026.

Inflatable Paint Booth Cost, Size by Size

Price is the first question and the least well answered on most booth listings, which quote a headline number for one configuration and leave the rest to a quote request. This page is the opposite: the price of every booth size Sewinfla has in stock, the configuration versions side by side, and the arithmetic behind the gaps between them. Every figure was read off the product page on sewinfla.com on 27 October 2026; if a price moves, the live product page and the checkout prevail over this table.

Price by size class

Footprint — external length × external width — predicts the price band better than any other single figure. The four classes below cover the 35 standard-line SKUs; the 5 airtight sizes are a different construction and are priced in their own table below.

Size classFootprintTypical workSKUsPrice band

Each band is the lowest and highest price of the SKUs inside that class, across the configurations stocked in it: standard, mini-extractor, exhaust fan and multi-blower.

Standard booths, size by size

Two numbers per size: the booth with its inflation blower, and the same booth built as a model with an exhaust fan. Where a size is not offered in one of the two configurations the cell is left empty rather than estimated.

Why the exhaust column matters

An exhaust fan pulls overspray out instead of recirculating it through filters. On a 20×13×8.5 ft booth it costs $489.00 more than the standard version (54%). The choice is about the coatings you spray, not the budget line.

Airtight booths

Airtight construction seals the shell so the booth can hold negative pressure and keep solvent vapour inside the extraction path. It is the most expensive step in the range, and it is a different product, not an option on a standard booth.

External dimensionsFootprintPrice
13×11.5×10 ft150 ft²$1,388.00–$1,498.99
14×15×11 ft210 ft²$1,885.00–$1,998.00
17.5×13.5×9 ft236 ft²$3,908.00
24×15×10 ft360 ft²$4,140.00
28×15×11 ft420 ft²$4,348.99–$4,948.99

At the same 28×15×11 ft footprint the standard booth is $1,099.00 and the airtight version $4,348.99 — $4,348.99 ÷ $1,099.00 ≈ 4.0 times. Read that as the cost of the construction, not a markup on the same goods.

What moves the price

Six variables explain the whole range. Each pair below is two real SKUs, so the difference is checkable against the tables above.

1. Footprint

The smallest booth covers 89 ft², the largest 1,625 ft² — 1,625 ÷ 89 ≈ 18 times the floor. Price moves faster than area because fabric, blower capacity and stitching all scale with surface, not floor: $12,899.99 ÷ $238.99 ≈ 54 times.

2. Extraction: filters or exhaust fan

$489.00 on a 20×13×8.5 ft booth (54%), and the same pattern at every size in the table. Extraction is the single most common reason two quotes for the "same" booth differ.

3. Blower count

A 39×20×13 ft booth is stocked with one blower at $1,998.99 and with three 950W blowers at $3,557.00 — $1,558.01 more (78%). A larger booth needs more inflation volume and faster air exchange; the blower package is what buys it.

4. Airtight construction

About 4.0 times the standard price at the same footprint, as the 28×15×11 ft pair shows.

5. Filter media and consumables

Accessories are priced separately from the booth: filter media runs $39.99 for a carbon filter to $299.99 for the oversized air draft device, blowers $79.99–$155.99, and the 12-inch 520W axial exhaust fan $239.04. Budget them into the first order, not the second.

6. Stock size versus custom build

Every figure on this page is a stock SKU. Custom builds — longer, wider, higher, or multi-chamber — are quoted per project against a specification sheet, so they have no published band. If the work fits inside 65×25×28 ft, a stock booth is the cheaper route by construction.

What the price does not include

How to budget in the right order

  1. Size the footprint to the longest thing you spray, plus clearance at both ends. A car bay needs roughly 20×13×8.5 ft; a full-size pickup or van steps up to the 400–649 ft² class.
  2. Choose extraction before accessories. Exhaust fan or recirculating filters — that decision is 54% of the booth price on a one-car size and it changes the blower package.
  3. Add the first filter set. Booth plus media, not booth alone, is the number to compare against a quote.
  4. Reserve the consumable line. Filters and any replacement parts are the recurring cost; electricity is not.

Where these prices come from

Every price on this page was read from the corresponding product page on sewinfla.com on 27 October 2026: 40 booth SKUs in the size tables above, plus the accessory part numbers quoted in the text. Sale prices are shown as the price charged, not as a discount off a list price that nobody pays. Where a SKU has variant pricing, the band spans the variants.

The tables are generated from the product data rather than typed, and each class band is checked to contain every SKU it summarises. Dimensions are external and approximate; the physical product as received prevails.

Sources checked 27 October 2026: price and configuration data read from the sewinfla.com product pages for all 40 booth SKUs; booth ventilation requirement — OSHA 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i), retrieved from osha.gov, the reason blower and exhaust capacity scale with booth size. Shipping terms from our shipping policy. No secondary price aggregator was used.

What buyers ask about price

The six questions that arrive before an order, answered with the same numbers used in the tables above.

How much does an inflatable paint booth cost?

Across the 40 booth SKUs Sewinfla stocks, prices run from $238.99 for a 10.8×8.2×7.2 ft parts-and-motorcycle booth to $12,899.99 for a 65×25×28 ft booth. A one-car 20×13×8.5 ft booth with its inflation blower is $899.99; the same size with an exhaust fan is $1,388.99. Prices checked 27 October 2026.

Why do two booths of the same size cost different amounts?

Configuration, not size, sets the difference. The same footprint sold with an exhaust fan instead of recirculating filtration adds $489.00 on a 20×13×8.5 ft booth (54%). A third 950W blower adds $1,558.01 on a 39×20×13 ft booth (78%). Airtight construction multiplies the same footprint again: a 28×15×11 ft standard booth is $1,099.00, the airtight version $4,348.99, about 4.0 times.

What is the cheapest inflatable spray booth in stock?

The 10.8×8.2×7.2 ft booth at $238.99–$329.00. It covers 89 ft² of floor — enough for parts, a motorcycle or a single panel, not a car. It ships with its inflation blower.

Does the price include a blower?

Yes for every standard booth listed here: the inflation blower is part of the SKU. Extraction is the separate decision. An exhaust fan is a different model line (from $1,388.99 on a 20×13×8.5 ft booth), and filter media is bought as an accessory (activated-carbon filters $69.99, replacement filter sets $119.99).

What does it cost to run?

A 950W blower draws 0.95 kW. Four hours of spray time is 0.95 × 4 = 3.8 kWh; at an example rate of $0.15/kWh that is 3.8 × 0.15 ≈ $0.57 per session. Substitute your own tariff — the arithmetic is the same. Filter media is the recurring cost, not electricity.

Are shipping and sales tax included in these prices?

No. Published prices are product prices. Standard shipping is free on orders over $500 inside the contiguous 48 states; other rates are calculated at checkout by size, weight and destination. Sales tax and any import duty depend on where the booth is delivered. Terms: shipping & returns.

DIMENSIONS ARE APPROXIMATE. Each Sewinfla booth is a handmade inflatable product; measured dimensions vary with air pressure and standing conditions. The physical product as received prevails over any published figure.
