Vehicle Protrusions — Major Puncture Risk
The 11–12m booth is designed for fleet vehicles and box trucks — these have numerous protrusions that can puncture booth walls. Side mirrors, antenna mounts, ladder racks, roof rails, trailer hitch receivers, and cargo door hinges are all puncture sources. Pad all protruding features with foam or rags before driving into the booth. Check the vehicle's roofline clearance — box trucks can be taller than expected. A puncture on a booth this large propagates rapidly due to the high internal pressure across the extended span. Vehicle damage to the booth is not covered under warranty.
All 4 Filter Covers Must Be Open
Always open all 4 filter covers before starting any spray work. The 11–12m booth's internal volume generates extreme pressure if vents are blocked — far more than smaller models. If any cover remains closed, internal pressure can tear seams or burst the filter cover zippers catastrophically. Pressure damage from blocked vents is not covered under warranty. Perform a visual check of all 4 covers before every spray session. In dual-blower configurations, the pressure buildup is even faster — double your vigilance.
Electrical Safety — Dedicated Circuits Required
The 11–12m booth with dual blowers is a major electrical load. Each high-power blower can draw significant amperage — never connect both blowers to the same circuit. Use dedicated circuits for each blower. All outlets must be GFCI-protected. Use heavy-gauge extension cords rated for each blower's amperage — standard-gauge cords overheat under sustained load. Position power connections away from walking paths and spray zones. Overloaded circuits are a fire hazard. If the booth is on a temporary job site, verify the site's electrical capacity before setup.
Heating Tools — Extended Clearance + Fire Watch
If using infrared curing lamps or space heaters, maintain at least 2m (6.5 Ft) clearance from all fabric surfaces. Never direct heat at walls, ceiling, or any of the 4 filter covers — the filter media is flammable. The 12m booth means you may be working 6m or more from the nearest exit — a fire in a distant section can develop undetected. Keep at least two fire extinguishers inside the booth — one near the front, one near the back. Assign a fire watch if using any heating equipment. Never leave heating equipment operating unattended inside the booth.
Temperature Limits — Extreme Sensitivity
When outdoor temperatures are below 5°C (41°F), the booth must be used indoors — cold fabric across the 12m span becomes dangerously brittle, especially at the filter cover zippers and door seams. When outdoor temperatures exceed 35°C (95°F), use indoors with active ventilation through all 4 filter covers. The 11–12m booth's internal volume can reach 15–20°C above ambient under direct sun — the black fabric absorbs enormous solar heat. In hot conditions, the booth functions as a solar heat trap. Monitor internal temperature continuously during summer daytime operation.
Special Operating Notes
When operating the 11–12m booth indoors, external ventilation must be engineered, not improvised. The 4-filter exhaust system moves an enormous air volume — it will rapidly deplete oxygen and concentrate solvent vapors in any enclosed space. Route all 4 exhaust filters to the outside via dedicated ducting. Ensure continuous fresh air intake sized for the total CFM of the blower configuration (single or dual). The booth should occupy a space at least 4× its own volume for safe passive air exchange. When painting only a portion of a large vehicle (e.g., a box truck cab), erect heavy-duty plastic sheeting inside the booth to create a temporary partition that reduces the effective painting volume. This concentrates ventilation in the work area and reduces filter loading on the unused side. Secure the sheeting to the air columns using clamps — never tape directly to the booth fabric. Remove the sheeting before deflation to prevent it from tangling in the collapsing walls.
Single-blower mode: Connect one blower to one intake port. Seal the unused intake port completely with the provided tape — check the seal before every session. Single-blower mode is suitable for routine work but provides lower overall pressure. Dual-blower mode: Connect one blower to each intake port. This provides maximum pressure, fastest inflation, and best ventilation — recommended for production work. Seasonal adjustment: In hot weather, use dual-blower mode for maximum airflow and cooling. In cold weather, single-blower mode may be sufficient and saves energy. Always verify filter cover positions match your blower configuration — more blowers require more open filter area.
🚨 Emergency Procedures
Power must not be interrupted during use. The 11–12m booth begins deflating within 60–120 seconds of power loss. Due to the enormous internal volume, the deflation sequence creates significant fabric movement — stay calm and move toward the nearest exit immediately. A support frame inside the booth is strongly recommended for this model — the frame provides critical protection during power loss and allows personnel to exit safely even as the walls descend.
Escape routes: The 11–12m booth has exits at the front door, the rear door, the emergency safety doors on both sides, and all 4 filter covers can be pushed open from the inside in an emergency. With a booth this long, you may be 6m (20 Ft) or more from the nearest exit — know the location of the closest exit from your working position at all times. Keep all exit paths completely clear of equipment, hoses, and cables. The front and rear exits should be far enough apart that a blockage at one end does not trap personnel at the other.
Last resort: If trapped inside a deflating booth, use a knife to cut through the fabric wall and escape. Your safety is more important than the booth. Keep at least 3 safety cutters distributed across the booth's length — one near the front, one near the rear, and one at the midpoint. The 12m length means you should never be more than 3m from a cutter. The filter cover openings can also serve as emergency exits — push the cover outward from inside.

Note: The 11–12m booth features 4 filter positions — double the filtration area of smaller models. This provides higher total CFM capacity but also means faster filter loading during production work — you're moving more air through more filters. The 4-position design allows you to rotate filters: replace the two most loaded positions while keeping the booth operational on the other two, minimizing downtime.
Indoor Use — Air Outlet System Modification
For permanent indoor installations, the 11–12m booth requires engineered ventilation at industrial scale:
- → Dual high-power blowers: One blower per intake port. Distribute electrical load across two dedicated circuits — each high-power blower needs its own circuit. Verify total amperage against facility panel ratings. Both blowers should be started simultaneously for balanced inflation.
- → Exhaust ducting: Route exhaust from all 4 filter positions to the outside. Minimum 35cm / 14in diameter ducting per exhaust port for dual-blower configurations. The custom large-format booth is divided into two independent sections — Part A and Part B — that can be used separately as standalone booths or combined into a single massive enclosure. This modular architecture gives you unmatched flexibility: deploy one section for daily work, connect both for large projects, or operate them side-by-side for simultaneous multi-vehicle production. Each section has its own doors, blowers, and filtration, and the sections connect via a 6-point ribbon-and-D-button fastening system with a full-length magic tape seal.

Modular Assembly — Standalone vs Combined Use
The custom two-part booth can be deployed in two configurations. Read this section carefully before setup — your deployment mode determines the assembly sequence.
Mode 1: Standalone (Single Section)
- → Part A standalone: Part A has a movable back door — install it with the zipper provided. This gives you a fully enclosed single-section booth suitable for daily work on cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
- → Part B standalone: Part B has a movable front door — install it with the zipper provided for a fully enclosed single-section booth. Identical functionality to standalone Part A.
Mode 2: Combined (Full 58 Ft Enclosure)
- Remove doors: Remove the back door from Part A and the front door from Part B. These are not needed in combined mode — the sections connect directly to each other.
- Position pillars together: Bring the rear column of Part A and the front column of Part B together, aligning them for connection.
- Connect ribbons to D-buttons: The rear column of Part A has 6 ribbons. Part B has 6 D-buttons at the corresponding positions. Connect each ribbon to its matching D-button, leaving approximately 0.8 ft (25 cm) of gap between the ribbon tie point and the D-button. This gap is critical — it allows the fabric to flex under air pressure without stressing the connection points.
- Seal with magic tape: Apply the magic tape (hook-and-loop) along the full length of the A-B connection seam. Press firmly along the entire seam to ensure a continuous seal. The magic tape prevents air leakage at the joint and keeps paint mist from escaping between sections.
- Verify connection: Walk the full length of the A-B seam and check all 6 ribbon-to-D-button connections. Each should be secure with the correct ~0.8 ft gap. Check the magic tape for any gaps or lifted edges. A poorly sealed connection joint will leak air and reduce overall booth pressure.
Step-by-Step Operation — Combined Mode

Clean the Site
Clear the setup area thoroughly. The combined 58 Ft booth requires an enormous footprint — at least 3m (10 Ft) of clearance on all sides. The site must be perfectly level across the entire 58-foot length; any slope will cause uneven tension on the A-B connection seam and may pull the magic tape apart during inflation. On concrete or asphalt, sweep the entire area. On grass or dirt, remove all debris and place heavy-duty ground tarps. Two-person site prep minimum.

Spread Out Both Sections & Tie Down D-Rings
Unfold Part A and Part B separately, positioning them with the connection columns facing each other. Connect the 6 ribbons to the 6 D-buttons and seal the magic tape seam as described in the Modular Assembly section above. Critical — anchor before inflating: tie all D-ring ropes to their anchor points on both sections while the booth is flat. Fill all sandbags (minimum 12 bags for combined mode) and position them at every D-ring location. Because this is an extremely large booth, you must do a thorough job of the fixed pull work before applying any air pressure. An unanchored combined booth is dangerous during inflation.

Secure All Sandbags and Ground Stakes
Fill all sandbags completely and press them firmly onto every D-ring at the base of each air column pillar across both sections. Fasten every shoulder D-ring to ground stakes driven at a 45° angle. The combined booth has anchoring points at every pillar and along the entire perimeter of both sections — secure all of them. Double-check the A-B connection seam area — this is the highest-stress zone during inflation and needs extra attention. On hard surfaces, use heavy water-filled containers (minimum 25kg / 55 lbs each). Verify every anchor is tensioned before proceeding.

Connect Blowers and Inflate (6 People Required)
Tie the air column fans in both parts — minimum 3 blowers per section, 6 blowers total for combined mode. Close all air outlet points. Do not connect too many blowers to the same power cord — verify that each circuit can handle the combined amperage draw. 6 high-power blowers on one circuit will trip breakers or overheat wiring. Distribute blowers across at least 3 separate circuits. Tie the fastening rope to the windproof buckles on both sides. Start all blowers simultaneously — staggered starts create uneven pressure that can stress the A-B seam. Approximately 6 people are needed to help the product stand up during inflation: guide the walls, monitor anchor points, watch the connection seam, and adjust the standing posture. This is a team operation — do not attempt with fewer people.

Prepare for Painting — Open All Filter Covers
Open all filter covers on both sides of both sections. Connect exhaust fan power supplies to ensure active air circulation through the complete filtration system. The combined booth has dual air intakes — when using a high-power blower configuration, one of the two air intakes can be closed with tape for single-intake operation. For maximum ventilation with all 6 blowers running, use both intakes. Verify balanced airflow across the full 58-foot length — walk the interior and check for dead zones or pressure drops, particularly near the A-B connection seam.

Post-Paint: Keep All Blowers Running for Cure Time
After painting is complete, if the paint needs to cure, keep all blowers continuously powered. All 6 blowers must run to maintain even pressure across both sections — turning off blowers on one section while the other runs creates a pressure differential that stresses the A-B connection seam. Limit continuous blower operation to 8 hours maximum per blower. With 6 blowers, we strongly recommend having spare units and rotating them every 8 hours. The combined booth's enormous air volume places sustained load on every blower motor. Never leave running blowers unattended overnight.

Shutdown & Deflation
Once all work is complete: (1) clear all items from both sections — the 58-foot booth accumulates significant equipment, (2) thoroughly clean the interior floor of both sections, paying special attention to the A-B seam area where debris collects, (3) turn off all exhaust fans and close all filter window covers, (4) open front and back door zippers, (5) remove sandbags and ground stakes — start from the ends and work toward the center seam, (6) confirm the surrounding area is clear — the combined booth has a massive deflation footprint, (7) turn off all blowers simultaneously. Allow both sections to deflate naturally — do not push or force them down. The deflation takes 3–5 minutes due to the enormous air volume. Once fully deflated, open all quick air vents.

Disconnect Sections & Store
If the booth will be used in standalone mode next time, disconnect the A-B connection: peel the magic tape carefully (do not yank — slow steady pull preserves the hook-and-loop), unfasten the 6 ribbon-to-D-button connections. Fold Part A and Part B separately, following the standard folding procedure for each section. If keeping the booth in combined mode for the next use, fold as one unit — but this requires additional people and floor space. Store each section in its designated heavy-duty carry bag in a cool, dry location. Never fold and store a damp booth — the combined booth's massive fabric surface area traps enormous amounts of moisture. Run all blowers for 15 minutes with all doors open to dry the interior before packing.
Before your first combined-mode setup, mark all 6 ribbon-to-D-button positions with colored tape and number them 1–6 on both sections. This eliminates guesswork during future setups. Keep a laminated connection checklist in the carry bag — the 6-point ribbon system is the single most important assembly step, and a missed connection point creates an air leak that reduces pressure across the entire 58-foot length. Assign one person exclusively to seam inspection during inflation — their only job is to watch the A-B connection for gaps or stress.
Important Safety Notices
No Outdoor Use in Bad Weather
Do not use the paint booth outdoors during thunderstorms, rain, wind, or snow. The booth is not a rainproof product. The combined 58-foot booth's enormous surface area acts as a massive sail — wind loads are extreme. Even a 10 km/h (6 mph) breeze can create dangerous instability. Cease operations and deflate immediately if any wind picks up. The A-B connection seam is the most wind-vulnerable point — wind entering the gap can tear the magic tape seal.
Sharp Objects Prohibited
Keep all sharp tools away from booth walls and floor. The combined booth's fabric panels are under significant tension — a puncture propagates rapidly across the large unsupported spans. The A-B magic tape seam is particularly vulnerable to sharp edges. Never cut or scratch the fabric. All tools must enter in closed toolboxes. Vehicle edges, trailer hitches, and mirror mounts are common puncture sources — pad all protruding features before driving into the booth.
Open All Vent Covers Before Painting
Always open all vent covers on both sections before starting any spray work. If any cover remains closed, internal air pressure builds rapidly — the combined booth's enormous volume generates extreme pressures that can tear seams catastrophically.
